What You Can Run

Built for tournament day

Groups & Knockouts

Set group counts and define knockout pathways (Cup, Plate and more) by finishing position.

Multi-Day Scheduling

Add a start time for each day; allocate fixtures across pitches with spacing between matches.

Pitches & Referees

Configure pitches and referees, then assign them as fixtures are generated.

Multiple Age Groups

Run a festival spanning several age groups under one competition.

Smart Cup Scheduling

Plan a knockout that leaves room for league games

Round Dates & Spacing

Set a default date per round and space rounds one, two or more weeks apart, so league fixtures slot in between cup ties.

Must-Play-By Deadlines

Give each round a deadline; fixtures show a "play by" chip and flag overdue ties so nothing slips.

Fair Brackets & Byes

Eliminator rounds absorb the byes so no team is parachuted straight into a quarter or semi-final.

Auto-Advancing Winners

Publish the whole bracket up front; winners advance into the next round automatically as results are confirmed.

Optional Group Stage

Turn on a group stage and a cup runs World-Cup style: single round-robin groups across the season, then the top finishers progress to the knockout. Tables show per group.

FAQ

Cup & Tournament Software FAQs

Can we run group stages and knockout rounds?

Yes. Set the number of groups and define knockout pathways (for example Cup and Plate) by group finishing position.

Can a cup have a group stage (World Cup format)?

Yes — turn on the optional group stage on a cup. Teams play a single round-robin in their group across the season, then the top finishers progress to the knockout. You can keep it simple (just a Cup pathway where the top two progress) or add a Plate for the rest. Group tables appear under the competition.

Can I space cup rounds out and set deadlines?

Yes. When you generate a cup, set a default date per round, choose how many weeks apart rounds should be, and add a "must play by" deadline for each round.

How are byes handled in an uneven bracket?

Uneven fields play eliminator rounds first ("Round 1", "Round 2") to absorb the byes, so the quarter, semi and final stages are full team-versus-team rounds — no team is parachuted into a finals round without playing.

Does it support multi-day tournaments?

Yes. Add a start date and time for each day the tournament runs, with pitches and referees configured up front.

Can it schedule across multiple pitches?

Yes. Define your pitches and spacing between fixtures, and the generator allocates matches across them.
