Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
LeagueHub365 (“we”, “us”) is a football competition management platform. This policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices you have. It includes a specific disclosure of how we access and use Google user data via “Sign in with Google”.
Information from Google (Sign in with Google)
We offer “Sign in with Google” for account creation and authentication. If you choose it, Google shares a limited set of profile information with us based on the openid, email and profile scopes, specifically:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your Google profile picture; and
- your Google account identifier.
We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or any other Google service.
How we use Google user data
We use this data only to:
- create, secure and sign you in to your LeagueHub365 account;
- identify you within the app and display your name and profile picture to you and to other authorised users in the competitions you take part in or administer; and
- send you service-related communications (for example account, fixture, and results notifications).
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How we store Google user data
Google sign-in data is stored in Google Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud Platform), associated with your account, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
How we share Google user data
We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with sub-processors that run the service on our behalf — Google (Firebase / Google Cloud) for authentication, database and hosting, and Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph) to deliver transactional email — and where we are required to do so by law.
Limited Use disclosure
LeagueHub365’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information from Apple (Sign in with Apple)
We also offer “Sign in with Apple” for account creation and authentication. If you choose it, Apple shares:
- your name (provided once, on your first sign-in); and
- your email address — which may be an Apple private-relay address (…@privaterelay.appleid.com) if you choose to hide your email.
Apple also provides a unique identifier for your account; it does not share a profile picture. We use, store and share this data in the same way described above (to create and secure your account, identify you in the app, and send service communications; stored in Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud Firestore; never sold; shared only with the sub-processors listed above). If you used Apple’s private relay and later turn off email forwarding, you may stop receiving our service emails.
Retention and deletion
We retain sign-in data (from Google or Apple) for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@leaguehub365.com; we will delete it except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.
Other information we process
To run competitions, we also process operational data that authorised users enter — such as competitions, clubs, teams, fixtures, results, and the contact details of team officials — along with communication records and basic technical and usage data (for example log and device information) needed to operate and secure the service.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@leaguehub365.com.
