Straight answers for team managers and organisers. If yours is not here, reply to any LeagueHub365 email and a person reads it.
First check Junk or Spam, and the “Other” tab if you use Outlook’s Focused Inbox — a new sender usually lands there the first time. Search your mailbox for “LeagueHub365”. Adding noreply@leaguehub365.com to your contacts stops it happening again. Your organiser can see whether the email was delivered to your address and can resend it in one tap.
Links live until a week after the match, so an expired link usually means an older email. Open the most recent email from LeagueHub365 for that fixture, or ask your organiser to resend — the resent link is new.
No. Everything works from the private link in your email or text, on any phone or computer. There is nothing to install and nothing to remember. Keep the link within your coaching team, because anyone who has it can act for your team.
Yes. Replies reach the organiser, who records your confirmation. Tapping “Got it — details confirmed” on the match page does the same job instantly and stops the reminders, so it is the quicker route when you can.
Your league has turned on texts for the moments that change your Saturday: the venue request, a change to the details, a call-off, and the score request. Texts come from +44 7400 472940, start “LeagueHub365:” and carry a short leaguehub365.com link to the same match page as the email. Reminders stay email only. See Texts explained.
The opposing manager for a fixture sees your name and number on their match page, so a quick call is possible on the day. Your details are never shown on the public site and are never passed to anyone else.
If you are the home team you get a request by email (and text, where used) with your private link. Open it, pick one of your club’s saved grounds or type the address, set the time, add parking or changing-room notes if you like, and save. The away team is told automatically.
Score entry is on your match page, and a score request with the link arrives shortly after kick-off. Type the score and save. Both teams enter without seeing the other’s; if they match the result confirms itself and the table updates, if not the organiser resolves it.
Open your match page, choose Waterlogged/Frozen Pitch, pick a reason and send. The other manager is told at once and can agree from their own page, which postpones the match and creates the replacement. If they do not agree, nothing changes until the organiser decides.
On the public Match Centre, if your league has made them public. Some leagues show fixtures and results but keep tables private; that is the organiser’s choice.
Open the competition’s Comms log. Every send is listed with the address or number, the time, and a delivery verdict: for texts the mobile network’s receipt within seconds, for emails Microsoft’s delivery log within about half an hour. “Sent” on its own never means delivered. See Your first match weekend.
Yes. On Match day, tap the fixture and choose Mark away confirmed, then say how they confirmed. The chip turns green and the chases stop.
The Comms plan (fixtures menu, or from your profile for the whole account) shows the timeline for a typical fixture in each competition, who each message goes to and by which channel, and which competitions override your account defaults.
Not yet. The wording is the same for every league so that managers who play in several recognise it. Organiser announcements to managers are free text, from Message managers on the Home screen.
Every organiser uses it free while LeagueHub365 is in early access: no card, no trial clock. Pricing is published on the site before early access ends. Team managers and supporters never pay anything.
