Your first match weekend
The organiser’s week: Comms plan, Match day, Comms log.
For associations
One page for the people who decide, written for a committee meeting rather than a demo.
In one paragraph
LeagueHub365 runs the match-week admin of a league, cup or tournament without anyone chasing anyone. Home teams are asked for venue and kick-off on a set day, opponents are told and asked to confirm, both sides are reminded, scores are collected the same day from both teams, results reconcile themselves and the table updates. Managers never sign in: everything they do is one tap from a private link in an email or text. The association sees the whole picture and steps in only where a chip turns amber or red.

Practicalities
Every organiser uses LeagueHub365 free while it is in early access: no card, no trial clock, every feature open. Pricing is published on the site before early access ends, and nobody is moved onto it without notice. Data is hosted on Google Cloud in Europe, contacts are used only to send the messages described above, and an association can ask for access to or deletion of its data at any time under the privacy policy. For a half-term or end-of-season review, Season insights gives the numbers: requests sent, details set on time, confirmations, scores in on the day.
Questions a committee usually asks, and where the answers live: how the week runs, how a season is set up, how texts work, and the FAQ.
